SOP



SOP’s for Gym

  1. Gym Timings – 06:00 AM – 01:00 PM & 02:00 Pm – 09:00 PM
  2. Gym Closed During 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM for cleaning/ Sanitisation.
  3. Hand Sanitizing & Temperature check is mandatory before entering the gym.
  4. If a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  5. Persons above 65 years of age, pregnant women’s and below 10 years are not allowed.
  6. No outside trainers will be allowed until further notice.
  7. Members has to book their slots 1 day prior; slots would be given on first come first serve basis.
  8. Time slot of 50 minutes including/ or 20 mins for Cardio, in a day will be given to each member. 8 members will be allowed in each slot with 2 gym instructors on the floor.
  9. Members shall also perform personal and hand-hygiene before and after use of all training Equipment.
  10. Exercise mats to be brought by the members.
  11. Use of the fitness equipment shall be permitted only while wearing gloves and face mask, (surgical mask, cloth mask or face shield).
  12. Keep yourself and premises clean & hygienic.
  13. Self-monitoring of health & reporting any illness is mandatory and members noticing any ill/unwell person(s) should immediately bring it to the notice of the staff on duty.
  14. No use of steam & shower bath.
  15. Gloves/ Mask may be disposed in the designated Garbage Bin.


SOP’s for Library

  1. Library Working hours are limited to 10.30am to 7.00pm for the Official working.
  2. For all the members /staff, temperature screening is mandatory.
  3. The status of the Aarogya Setu App will be seen at the main entrance of the club by the Security Guard.
  4. If a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  5. Persons above 65 years of age, pregnant women’s and below 10 years are not allowed.
  6. All the members/staff coming to the Library need to wear masks/ face shields and sanitize their hands compulsorily before entering.
  7. Members/staff need to strictly follow social distancing norms as advised by the GOM from time to time.
  8. Members who are at higher risk that is- senior citizens, pregnant women and those who have underlying medical conditions are advised to take extra precautions.
  9. The staff will use their designated office space for the discharge of their duties, including the use of computers and would maintain the required distance and hygiene.
  10. The members will not be allowed to enter in the Bookshelves/Book stack Area. The requested book will be made available by the library staff.
  11. The use of library computers will be allowed on prior request.
  12. Self-monitoring of health & reporting any illness is mandatory and members noticing any ill/unwell person(s) should immediately bring it to the notice of the staff on duty.
  13. Members should throw any waste/paper/used mask/gloves. etc. only in the dustbin.
  14. All the guidelines as issued from time to time will be applicable with/ without further notice.


SOP’s for Restaurant, Café & Bar

  1. Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.
  2. Sanitize your hands before entering and leaving Restaurant, Café & Bar.
  3. Installation and use of Aarogya Setu app shall be advised to all.
  4. Use of face covers/masks to be made mandatory.
  5. For all the members /staff, temperature screening is mandatory.
  6. The status of the Aarogya Setu App will be seen at the main entrance of the club by the Security Guard.
  7. If a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  8. Self-monitoring of health & reporting any illness is mandatory and members noticing any ill/unwell person(s) should immediately bring it to the notice of the staff on duty.
  9. Members who are at higher risk that is- senior citizens, pregnant women and those who have underlying medical conditions are advised to take extra precautions.
  10. Members can book the table in advance. The booking will be on hold for 10 minutes post your reservation time. (Applicable in Restaurant and Café)
  11. As per the GOM/BMC guidelines 50% occupancy at a time will be allowed in Restaurant, Café & Bar.


SOP’s of MIG CLUB

  1. MIG Cricket Club will be functional from 6 am to 10pm.
  2. Installation & use of Aarogya Setu App is compulsory to all.
  3. Thermal scanner is put to use at the entrance gate, if a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  4. Maintain social distancing and sanitize your hands before entering & leaving the premises.
  5. No mask – no entry in club, use of face covers/masks is mandatory at all times within the premises.
  6. Members who are at higher risk that is- senior citizens, pregnant women and those who have underlying medical conditions are advised to take extra precautions.
  7. MIG Cricket Club ground will be open from 5.00 am to 8.30am and 5.00 pm to 8.30pm on all days except for Mondays.


SOP’s- Badminton Court

  1. Badminton Court will be functional from, 06:00 AM – 01:00 PM & 02:00 Pm – 09:00 PM
  2. Badminton Court will be closed during 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM for cleaning/sanitisation.
  3. Hand Sanitizing & Temperature check is mandatory before entering the club.
  4. If a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  5. Persons above 65 years of age, pregnant women’s and below 10 years are not allowed.
  6. Member should book their slots in advance.
  7. At a time only 8 members will be allowed in court with 1 marker.
  8. Members can play singles as well as double games with necessary precautions.
  9. Members should wear proper mask/face shield before and after their game.
  10. Members should bring their own equipment for their sessions.
  11. Players shall change before and after the training at designated changing room.


SOP’s- Billiards & Snooker Room

  1. Billiards & Snooker will be functional from, 02:00 PM – 09:30 PM (Mon to Sun)
  2. Billiards & Snooker will be closed during 07:00 PM to 7.15 PM for cleaning/sanitisation.
  3. Hand Sanitizing & Temperature check is mandatory before entering the club.
  4. If a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  5. Member should book their slots 1 hour in advance.
  6. If the Tables are empty, members can further extend their play in consultation with the markers.
  7. At a time only 10 members will be allowed in Snooker Room with 3/4 markers.
  8. Members can play singles as well as double games with necessary precautions.
  9. Members should wear proper mask/face shield before and after their game.
  10. Members should bring their own equipment for their sessions.
  11. Members shall use the chalk and keep it in their pocket and NOT on the table during the play.
  12. Members should sanitize their hands before and after the game.
  13. Members shall keep their belongings either below the table or in their locker and NOT on the sofa. Only mobiles will be allowed to be kept on the sofa or table.
  14. Air Conditioner temperature will be strictly maintained at 23 degrees and members shall not argue with them in this regard.
  15. Members are requested to leave the Billiards Room after completion of their play time.
  16. No Catering service will be permitted in the Billiards Room.


SOP’s- Card Room

  1. Card Room will be functional from, 02:00 PM – 09:30 PM
  2. Card Room will be closed during 07:00 PM to 7:15 PM for cleaning/sanitisation.
  3. Hand Sanitizing & Temperature check is mandatory before entering the club.
  4. If a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  5. Pregnant women’s and below 10 years are not allowed.
  6. At a time only 4 members on the One Table allowed in Room with 2 markers.
  7. Members should wear proper mask/face shield.
  8. Only mobiles will be allowed to kept on the side table.
  9. Air Conditioner temperature will be strictly maintained at 23 degrees and members shall not argue with them in this regard.


SOP’s- Table Tennis Room

  1. Table Tennis will be functional from, 11:00 AM – 09:30 PM Daily.
  2. Table Tennis will be closed during 2:00 PM to 2.30 PM and 06:00 PM to 6:30 PM for cleaning/sanitisation.
  3. Hand Sanitizing & Temperature check is mandatory before entering the club.
  4. If a member has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the member will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  5. Persons above 65 years of age, pregnant women’s and below 10 years are not allowed.
  6. Member should book their slots in advance 1 hr (Max).
  7. If the Tables are empty, members can further extend their play in consultation with the Sports Department.
  8. At a time only 6 members will be allowed in court.
  9. Members can play singles as well as double games with necessary precautions.
  10. Members should wear proper mask/face shield before and after their game.
  11. Members should bring their own equipment for their sessions.
  12. Members are advice to carry adequate water, their own napkins/towel with them for self-use.
  13. Members shall keep their belongings below the table.
  14. Air Conditioner temperature will be strictly maintained at 23 degrees and members shall not argue with them in this regard.
  15. Members are requested to leave the Table Tennis Room after completion of their play time.
  16. No Catering service will be permitted in the Table Tennis Room.


SOP’s- Cricket

  1. Cricket practice will be functional from 7am to 9am and 4:00pm to 6pm from 18/12/2020 on Tuesday to Friday.
  2. Hand Sanitizing & Temperature check is mandatory before entering the club for Coaches, Players & Ground Staff).
  3. If a player has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the player will not be allowed to enter the ground and club premises.
  4. Only 10 to 15 players are allowed for practice in one net at a time.
  5. After every net session housekeeping staff will sanitize the area.
  6. Social distancing should be maintained during net practice.
  7. Regular hand washing or sanitization should be performed by all.
  8. Players should use their own equipment’s.
  9. Keep safe distance between cricket equipment’s (Kit Bag, Bat, Helmet etc.).
  10. Saliva should not be applied to the ball.
  11. Parents or outsiders are not allowed on the ground.
  12. Do not attend practice session if anyone have symptoms of cold, cough, fever or any other illness.
  13. Club will take immediate action if any players / parents found symptoms of cold, cough, fever or any other illness.
  14. Avoid handshakes or any direct contact between players.
  15. Players age below 10 years are not allowed.
  16. Players are advice to carry adequate water, their own napkins/towel with them for self-use.
  17. No Catering service will be permitted on the ground.


SOP’s- Banquet

  1. Club Venue for Hiring will be available from 11am to 4pm & 6pm to 10pm only.
  2. As per the GOM/BMC guidelines only 50 pax will be allowed for the functions in MIGCC Banquets, also considering the social distancing norms below is the list of banquets with maximum capacity until further notice-
    • Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar “PAVILION”- 30 pax allowed
    • Polestar - 25 pax allowed
    • Bird’s View - 40 pax allowed
    • Galaxy - 50 pax allowed
    • Roof Top - 50 pax allowed
  3. All Members/Guests who are entering the club premises need to install and utilize Arogya Setu App.
  4. All Members/Guests who are coming for the event at MIGCC, please ensure that you scan yourself in Thermal Scanner at the passage entryway, if a member/guest has temperature up-to or above 99°F, he/she won't be permitted to enter the club premises.
  5. All Members/Guests who are coming for the event at MIGCC are mentioned to maintain social distancing and sanitize/clean your hands prior to entering and leaving the banquet and premises.
  6. All Members/Guests who are coming for the event at MIGCC are mentioned to utilize face covers/masks consistently inside the premises. No mask – no entry in the club.
  7. Please don't wander in the premises other than your assigned Venue.
  8. Members/Guest who are at higher risk that is- senior citizens, pregnant women and those who have underlying medical conditions are advised to take extra precautions during events.
  9. All Members/Guests who are coming for event at MIGCC, are requested to follow all the rules and instructions and it would be appreciated if you keep up order while coming and leaving the Club. Also, kindly don't surge and please cooperate with our Staff for everyone’s safety.
  10. All others rules & regulations related Club banquet/venue booking remains same.


SOP’s- Guest Room

  1. Rooms will be available on single or double occupancy only; no extra bed will be provided. If you have an extra person you need to book a separate room.
  2. All Guests who are staying in MIGCC rooms are mentioned to Install and utilization of Arogya Setu App is obligatory to all.

  7. Guest who are at higher risk that is- senior citizens, pregnant women and those who have underlying medical conditions are advised to take extra precautions during their stay and while check in & checkout.
  8. All are requested to follow the rules/instructions and it would be appreciated if you keep up order while check-in & checkout at the Club. Also, kindly don't surge and please cooperate with our Staff for everyone’s safety.
  9. All rules & regulations related room booking and club remains same.


SOP’s- Swimming Pool

  1. Hand Sanitizing & Temperature check is mandatory before entering the club (Swimmers, Life Guards, Coaches).
  2. If a swimmer has temperature up-to or above 99°F, the swimmer will not be allowed to enter the club premises.
  3. Time slot of 1 hour will be given to each swimmer.
  4. Members have to book their slots 1-day prior; slots would be given on first come first serve basis.
  5. Only 4 members are allowed for swimming at a time.
  6. Social distancing should be maintained during swimming.
  7. Club will take immediate action if any swimmers / parents are found with symptoms of cold, cough, fever and any other illness.
  8. Children below 10 years are not allowed.
  9. No Catering services will be permitted on the Deck.
  10. Bring a full water bottle to avoid touching a tap.
  11. Shower before entering the pool is mandatory.
  12. Avoid physical contact with other swimmers while taking a break.
  13. Wash your hands thoroughly or use a hand sanitizer after leaving the changing room.
